How much will my repair cost?
You can find pricing guidelines here. If your item falls outside of these basic repairs, please send some pics of your item and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can with an estimate. Estimates might change when I receive your item and see it in person but I will communicate with you about this before any work is begun.

How do I get my item to you?
If the estimate sounds good to you, you can set up a drop-off here. Just be sure to double check the listed hours since each location is slightly different. There is a $3 drop-off fee at all locations except Rowhouse Grocery. I pick up from each location weekly. I also accept mail-ins.

Then what happens?
I will repair your item, return it to the drop-off location, and then notify you so you can pick back up.

How long is turnaround?
Turnaround is typically 2-3 weeks. I will giv you an up-to-date turnaround estimate with your quote.

How do i pay?
Once I’ve finished your item I will email an invoice to you and let you know when I plan to drop back of. The invoice can be paid online.
